Centennial Biomedical Campus, anchored by the
NCSU College of Veterinary Medicine, is an extension of the original
NCSU Centennial Campus concept. The Centennial Biomedical Campus
will emphasize partnerships between the University, government
and industry. This programmatic neighborhood will focus on biomedical
applications, both to animals and humans. This is an ideal location
for companies and government agencies interested in partnering
with NC State University to further research and product development
in the biomedical area.
Location
Conveniently located on the corner of Blue Ridge Road and Hillsborough
St., Centennial Biomedical Campus offers easy access to major highways,
RDU airport, hotel complex, Rex Hospital, NC State's main campus
and Centennial Campus.
Master Plan

- Construction of an additional 1.6 million
square feet of space over the next 25 years
- The College of Veterinary Medicine will continue
to grow and expand by adding new facilities, faculty, staff and
students. The college expects to have 165 faculty members, 304
DVM students and more than150 graduate students by 2008.

Organizations that locate on Centennial Biomedical Campus will be afforded
University Affiliate status. This allows employees to enjoy benefits such

Building sites available for lease. As the campus develops, multi-tenant buildings
will likely become available for those interested in leasing space. Developers
