  • Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Wolf Ridge Apartments on Centennial

Chancellor Woodson cut the ceremonial ribbon, marking the official opening of the Wolf Ridge apartments. Wolf Ridge is University Housing’s newest on-campus apartment complex for NC State upper-class and graduate students on Centennial Campus. Phase One, which includes Tower Hall and Lakeview Hall, opened today. The second phase, which includes four additional buildings, will open fall 2014. Eventually, there will be 450 bed spaces.

There are two, three and four bedroom apartments or graduate lofts, and the buildings are located directly across from the Hunt Library. On-site there is also a full-service dining facility called the Oval, along with a bookstore, Pack Shop, fitness center, and outdoor volleyball court.

Centennial Campus is one of the first, if not the first, university-owned research park to have housing. In addition to Wolf Ridge, Centennial also has The Shores, a privately-owned and operated condominium complex.
