• Centennial Campus Announces Newest Partner - Green Energy Corp

     Green Energy Corp (GEC), a technology company that provides open-source software solutions and engineering services to smart energy, communication and utility companies, is the latest corporate partner to locate an office at the NC State University’s Centennial Campus. 

    The company, which has also offices in Denver (headquarters) and Durango, Colorado, will be located in the Venture IV office complex. 

    “We are delighted to have Green Energy Corp as a business partner,” said Dennis Kekas, Associate Vice Chancellor of the Centennial Campus Partnership Office. “They are a perfect fit with our other partners and focus on green grid research and development. They are going to bring an enormous amount of experience and knowledge to NC State.”

    Green Energy Corp recently merged with Denver-based Magpie TI, a provider of software engineering services. The newly formed company includes senior business leaders and top industry experts with deep experience managing technology companies and building energy and communications solutions. Corporate offices were consolidated at the Magpie location in Denver, while the engineering divisions are in Durango, CO and Centennial Campus.
